After the unit arrives, typical repairs generally take 2–4 working days. With complex faults, follow-up questions or missing components, processing can take longer. You can request a 48-hour express service for suitable standard faults before shipping.

A vehicle may start poorly, cut out, run roughly, lose power or switch to limp-home mode. However, these symptoms can also originate from sensors, actuators, wiring or the power supply. A vehicle diagnosis before removal is therefore required.

Please send the vehicle data, part number, engine version, the complete fault memory, the symptoms and any tests already carried out. A photo of the type plate speeds up identification.

The cost depends on the type of unit, the fault pattern and the material required. After the inspection from €69.00 incl. VAT we inform you of the actual effort before the repair.

An illuminated airbag warning light indicates a fault in a restraint system. Have the cause checked promptly by a qualified workshop. The warning light must not simply be cleared; the cause has to be assessed properly.

In most cases the instrument cluster is sent in removed. If you are unsure, have the removal carried out by a qualified workshop and send a photo of the type plate in advance.

That depends on the vehicle, the transmission and the type of repair. If the original unit is repaired, reprogramming may not be necessary; basic settings or adaptation drives can still be required.

Testing by post is possible if the unit is removed properly, packed securely and sent in fully documented. For large or unusual units we ask you to enquire in advance.

After the inspection you receive feedback on the findings and on possible alternatives. Any further work is only carried out after your approval.
