In most cases, no. The vehicle-specific coding remains fully intact following our repair. Should recoding be necessary in any individual case, we will inform you in advance.
What happens if the device cannot be repaired?
We will inform you of the diagnosis and, in this case, will only charge the standard diagnostic fee of €59.00 (including VAT). The device will be returned to you on request.
How long will the repair take?
Standard repairs take 2–4 working days from receipt of the device. An express service is available on request.
